michel operto I lead IT change projects in the areas of customer experience, sustainability, agility and performance at Orange Business Services. I started as an IT developer, then Team Leader, Development Manager, Project and Programme Management (CRM, ERP) before moving into Network Operations and then IT Project Office. I worked at renowned international companies: Thomson Sintra, Digital Equipment, NCR, Nortel Networks. Many of my assignments implied frequent travel and extended periods abroad: USA, England, Canada, Netherlands, Germany, Japan, Switzerland, Poland and many others.

I hold a PMP® certification and founded PMI France-Sud (Project Management Institute®) where I was president for 3 years.
